Therapy Calculator · Effective July 11, 2026

The short version: everything you type into the calculator stays in your own browser. We never see your rates, caseload, expenses, or tax settings. We use Google Analytics to understand overall site usage.

Your calculator data

All inputs — fee tiers, client counts, working weeks, expenses, filing status, and state — are stored only in your browser's localStorage on your device. They are never transmitted to, or stored on, any server. There are no accounts and no databases. Clearing your browser data (or using the "Reset to defaults" button) removes them.

Because nothing leaves your browser, no client information you may have in mind while using the tool is ever shared with us. We still recommend entering only counts and dollar amounts — never client names or other identifying details.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate usage information — such as pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how visitors found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers to distinguish visitors. This measurement data is processed by Google; it does not include anything you type into the calculator.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, run advertising, use tracking pixels beyond Google Analytics, or collect email addresses. The calculator makes no network requests with your inputs.

Changes
